Transfer of Ownership Application

After a sale of a Suffolk, the Transfer Application is to be filled out, by the Seller, with the new owners information, signed and sent to the Office along with the original Registration Certificate and fee.
If this is an owner who is new to Suffolks consider having a conversation about our Association procedures. For example, let them know about the Signature Card requirement.
NOTE: You have the option of paying for the Transfer below. We use PayPal to process the transaction and all major credit cards are accepted. Plus the Store is a payment option which takes credit cards and Apple pay. Alternatively, you can simply mail a check to:
