The Board of Directors approved a change in the Fee for Members registering a Foal within 12 months of age from $80.00 to $70.00 on July 1, 2022.
On October 17, 2024, the Board of Directors approved a fee change for non-members. Within 12 months $105.00, after 12 months $210.00.
The Gelding registration fee has been eliminated.
You may use a Registration Application even if the fees have changed from the form.
Please print form on orange or yellow paper and mail to the office for processing. Payment options are to use Paypal (scroll down to box) or mail Check or Money Order in US Dollars to:

Begin the Registration Application process:
Are you the recorded owner of the Mare? No, contact the Office.
Stallion Breeding Report sent to Office? No, go to the Stallion Breeding Report form page and send it in with the late fee.
Do you have the Registration Application to fill out. Print it if necessary.
Fill out form completely starting with the Name of the Horse.
On the second page. Draw the outline of any white markings, mark whorls with an x. Not sure what to call the location of the whorl, don't worry about that, the Office has a booklet with diagrams for horse identification. Remember the barrel of the upper belly is the chest while the front area under the neck is the breast.
After the Registration application information has been entered, the DNA Kit will be issued. The cost of the DNA is INCLUDED in the registration fee.
